Re: Notification of the choice of home Member State

Publication pursuant to article 20(1) of the Luxembourg law of 11 January
2008 on transparency requirements regarding information about issuers whose
securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, as amended (the
„Law“) and article 2 of the Grand Ducal regulation of 11 January 2008 on
transparency requirements regarding information about issuers whose
securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market (the
„Regulation“).

For the purposes of the application of the Law, Grand City Properties S.A.
chooses Luxembourg as its home Member State pursuant to article 1 point 9
(b) of the Law and article 2 of the Regulation.
